In August, 2010, I began looking for a replacement A/C to take advantage of the 30% tax credit then available. Being an engineer, I did some research on my own and soon narrowed in on the model I wanted: a Ruud 16 SEER 4.0 ton unit. With a specific model number in hand, I called three companies regarding service. Snell did a great job with this project.
