Honest and reputable firm. The technicians with whom I have had experience are prompt, professional and courteous. I have had a few bad experiences with other A/C services over the years, but Snell proves that there are still reliable, well-trained craftsman who care about doing a great job for their customers. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to add my opinion of Snell Precision Cooling to this site. I had an A/C problem and Snell gave me fast, fair and I believe, honest service. They went out of their way to help me at no charge. Now that's good old fashioned service. Kudos to Snell!

My outside AC unit died on us (original from 1996) and so I called a couple of companies but felt Snell provided a great price and were the most experienced and trustworthy. They came out within an hour or so of calling them. Their price a great compared to the others I called and their technician was professional and did a great job!

I needed a new ac for my house and called several companies to give me a quote. I went with Snell Precision Cooling not because they were the cheapest, but because of the honesty in explaining what was right for my house. The people they sent out were nice and left my house clean. I would recommend Snell Precision Cooling to anyone looking for an Air Conditioning company.

From the start this company took charge of my situation. We found out early in the morning that something was wrong with the compressor and called there 24 hour answering service right away. The receptionist assured us that we would get service on that day. And as promised they showed up a few hours later and fixed the issue.

In August, 2010, I began looking for a replacement A/C to take advantage of the 30% tax credit then available. Being an engineer, I did some research on my own and soon narrowed in on the model I wanted: a Ruud 16 SEER 4.0 ton unit. With a specific model number in hand, I called three companies regarding service. Snell did a great job with this project.

Snell Precision Cooling, Inc. has been doing the servicing of the A/C equipment and replacements since November of 2000. They have always responded right away and provided the city with fast honest and reliable service.

I have a five unit building near the beach in Highland Beach, which requires fast response and for the problem to be fixed the first time out. Snell has provided me with excellent service and when the equipment needed to be replaced was done in a timely manner. Always neat clean and professional. I recommend Snell!

I am writing this letter regarding Mark Baker. Last Saturday, he came to our home to repair our air conditioner. When we determined a new one was the most prudent course to take, he prepared a proposal and arranged to install it the following day (Sunday). He and an assistant worked all day and did complete the job.

Please be advised that John Snell, doing business as Snell Precision Cooling, has been providing us with air conditioning maintenance and installation over the last five years. He has installed two air conditioning systems, one 5 ton and one 3 ton during this period. He has always been responsive and professional.

At 7:00 pm on the evening of July 22nd, 2003, water started pouring out of my air condition. I was hoping to get an appointment for service the very next day, although I realized it was very short notice.
